Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an internal audit program based on ISO standards applicable to the company.
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled internal audits across departments to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare audit plans, checklists, and reports with clear findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented and verified for effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during certification and surveillance audits.
  • Maintain and update ISO documentation, including policies, procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Provide training and awareness programs related to ISO standards and quality management systems.
  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and improving the company's management systems to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, environment, and occupational health & safety (if applicable).
  • Support management in maintaining ISO certification compliance and readiness at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Preferably with a year of experience in ISO auditing, quality assurance, or compliance.
  • Preferably Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 (additional certifications such as ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 are an advantage).
  • Knowledgeable in documentation control, process auditing, and root cause analysis is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple audit assignments.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Willing to do field works.
  • Can work with less supervision & independently
  • With strong personality
