Career Opportunity: Quality Manager, Cebu
Location: Cebu
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 7–10 years of experience in operations, quality, or process improvement.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt trained or certified (preferred).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing teams and delivering under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL (certification is a plus).
- ISO-certified internal auditor or experience across multiple systems (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android) is an advantage.
- Amenable to flexible work schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and execution of the Quality Management System (QMS) for the account.
- Champion Operational Excellence tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, RCA, and Kaizen.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance KPIs such as AHT, FTR, and utilization.
- Design and maintain dashboards and KPIs to track and sustain performance.
- Deliver high-impact projects that drive ROI and efficiency.
- Conduct audits, ensure compliance, and use transaction monitoring for process optimization.
- Train teams on quality tools and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions.
