Job Description:
The ISO Coordinator (QMS) is responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the company's Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 standards. The role ensures that all departments follow documented procedures, quality policies, and standards set by the organization to achieve consistent project quality and customer satisfaction. The ISO Coordinator also facilitates internal audits, supports management reviews, and assists in continuous improvement initiatives within the construction projects and corporate operations.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Quality Management, ISO Coordination, or Document Control within a construction company or engineering industry.
- Hands-on experience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation, internal auditing, root cause analysis for non-conformities, and development of quality-related forms, templates, and procedures.
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office, OneDrive and document control systems.
- ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Certificate or Lead Auditor Certification is an advantage
