A. Responsibilities and Authorities:
- Report to ISO Department Head
- Maintain and organize office documents and records related to ISO certification, audits, and quality control processes. Ensure that all documents are filed and sorted according to ISA standards and easily accessible.
- Prepare and provide necessary documentation during internal or external ISO audits. Support in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions when required.
- Input and track ISO-related data in the system. Ensure all record are up-to-date and accurate, including performance metrics, audit results, and compliance reports.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, ISO auditors, and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication and ensure that any issues related to ISO processes are addressed in a timely manner.
- Assist in identifying and suggesting improvements in ISO-related processes and contribure to the development of procedures aimed at ensuring compliance and enhancing efficiency.
- Assist in organizing training sessions related to ISO standards and ensuring all employees are aware of ISO requirements and procedures.
- Provide clerical and administrative support, such as managing correspondence, scheduling, meeting, and maintaining office supplies, while ensuring ISO standards are met in all operations.
B. Required Education Skills, Experience and other Career Qualification.
- Preferable Business Administration Graduate
- Have attended the ISO Awareness Training
- Have attended the ISO Audit Training
- Have attended Document and Record Management Training
- Strong IT Skills in MS OFFICE including Outlook, Excel, Word
- Highly organized
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficient in typing skills
