SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Willing to travel around Visayas and Mindanao Stores
  • Collaborates with internal departments (including but not limited to Legal, Corporate Pharma, Cash Management, Inventory Control, Internal Audit) to ensure that their respective standards are being monitored properly and addressed in a timely manner.
  • Conducts onsite Store Check Report and ensures accurate assessment and evaluation
  • Timely issuance of Audit findings to Stores and other departments
  • Prepares and presents quality reports of audit findings and recommendations to Operations Audit officer / Operations Controller and relevant departments
  • Coordinates with the Store employees and line Leaders (FOA, AOM and SS, ASM) to identify areas of risk within Generika's business, and endorse for the creation of appropriate action plan
  • Provide insights and sound recommendation to deliver strategic initiatives to maintain and improve the operations audit function.
  • Maintains documentation for compliance checks with risk assessment and management processes.
  • Assist on the evaluation and revision of internal controls and operational and management policies/procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure past audit recommendations are implemented in the current audit process.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of compliance programs for the organization
  • Takes part in process improvement and automation
  • Assist on special projects with the Management team
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS A. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/ Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years work experience as Internal or Process Auditor, gained preferably in a manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Proven experience in Internal Audit Review.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO 9001 (Quality Management System) and Environment, Health, Safety (EHS) Compliance.
  • Certification on Lean Six Sigma (LSS) will be an advantage
