Sales Manager - EDLC
Responsibilities
Specifically, this role will be doing:
Performance Management
- Develop, maintain and update budgets and forecasts
- Responsible for revenue and profit (P&L based) consistency, rebates, credit notes, bad debts, and collections for the total portfolio, and managing the team to achieve target.
- Ensuring that all commercial activities meet or beat targets on sales, budget, cost, volume, number of accounts and efficiency targets (Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) in line with business objectives.
- Ensure all clients and channels are successfully onboarded on time and within budget
Partner Relationship
- Responsible for partner relationship development, mainly in clients, and the channel (Modern Trade and Drugstores).
- Serve as the key point of contact for client executives and key stakeholders at each assigned account/client
- Responsible for coaching the team to develop business plan and handling Monthly business review with accounts/clients.
- Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of the key customers/target audience to ensure that their objectives are being met and that their business is retained.
- Ensuring that regular reviews are carried out with customers to ensure their needs are being met and that excellent customer service is achieved, and developing future improvements and services for customers.
Team Management
- Oversee and manage account management team
- Managing a team of 1-2+ account management members
- Identifying and coaching members of your team to take on higher levels of responsibility and deliver consistently high value
- Be a key part to develop a culture aligned with the EDLC Brand DNA
Commercial Accounts
- Establish strong relationship with Commercial accounts (Mercury Drugstore, Watson's, Robinson's, and etc.), taking lead on account management, and monthly & quarterly performance.
- Develop and execute Joint Business Plan, Marketing plans, and sales driver programs with Accounts; negotiating on visibility and support to drive channel and brand performance
Business partners / Distributors
- Collaborate and guide Business partners / Distributors' sales team on channel direction, brand identity, and business priorities
- Review monthly campaign plan, visibility, execution, communication (promotional artwork and on-site search), and other sales fundamental metrics
- Review monthly sales reimbursement and expenses
- Keep track on operational KPI, monitoring basic P&L, flagging underperforming areas/accounts, giving recommendations to close gaps, and seeking opportunity to improve end to end process
eCommerce Sales Operation
- Create Sales strategy and target setting to all eCommerce platforms
- Can conduct sales data analysis
- Work with marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and campaign execution.
- Monitors online sales completion and transactions
- Train sales team on digital tools and online selling techniques
- Drive collaboration between offline and online sales.
Qualifications
- Result-oriented, self-motivated, and hands on attitude
- Minimal supervision during fast-paced programs and activities
- 4-5 years of Sales/Key Account Management/Trade Marketing/eCommerce in FMCG companies
- Modern Trade and Drugstore account management is an advantage
- Strong analytical skill with ability to interpret data to actionable solutions
- Bachelor's degree graduate
- Fluent Tagalog and English oral and written communication
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft office (Advance in excel and PowerPoint is a plus)
- Can drive manual and automatic vehicle
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
