JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable sales processes from lead generation to deal closure. This includes creating and documenting best practices for the sales team.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide accurate and actionable sales forecasts. Help the sales team and leadership understand performance trends and predict future results.
  • Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) like win rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and to drive account growth and retention.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively manage the contract renewal process for key accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the client.
  • Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires to get them up to speed on the sales process, technology, and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing training and resources to the sales team to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department on budgeting, sales forecasting, and commission payment processes.
