JOB SUMMARY:

Acts as the backbone of a sales team. Responsible for optimizing the sales process, managing the technology stack, and providing data-driven insights to help the sales team sell more efficiently and effectively. The duties and responsibilities are a blend of strategic planning, process management, and data analysis.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Design, develop, and implement efficient and scalable sales processes from lead generation to deal closure. This includes creating and documenting best practices for the sales team.

· Gather, analyze, and interpret sales data to provide accurate and actionable sales forecasts. Help the sales team and leadership understand performance trends and predict future results.

· Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) like win rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length.

· Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell, and to drive account growth and retention.

· Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

· Proactively manage the contract renewal process for key accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for the client.

· Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires to get them up to speed on the sales process, technology, and best practices.

· Provide ongoing training and resources to the sales team to help them improve their skills and knowledge.

· Collaborate with the accounting department on budgeting, sales forecasting, and commission payment processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
