We are looking for a skilled Virtual Assistant for Logistics to support our growing operations team. This role requires strong experience in e-commerce logistics, fulfillment, and supplier coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage logistics processes at scale.

Must Have:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce logistics, shipping, and fulfillment operations
  • Hands-on experience with China suppliers, factories, and agents, as well as shipping to 3PLs
  • Strong background in managing large-scale inventory and multiple SKUs
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (complex formulas, data analysis, reporting)
  • Experience with Shopify for order and logistics management
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Available to work 6 days a week

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with factories and suppliers in China for production and packaging
  • Manage quality control to ensure products meet brand standards
  • Oversee international shipping, inventory forecasting, and fulfillment operations
  • Use Shopify and other tools to track orders, shipments, and customer deliveries
  • Handle day-to-day logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Negotiate terms with suppliers and shipping partners
  • Create data-driven reports and dashboards for inventory and logistics performance
  • Provide solutions to logistics challenges and ensure smooth operations

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience with premium products or e-commerce brands
  • Familiarity with advanced shipping methods and freight forwarding
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly

Job Type: Full-time
