  • Supports the Finance and Accounting Manager in the formulation of proposed Product Cost including Cost of Goods, Margins, OPEX, CAPEX and GAE to the CEO/President for final approval.
  • Plans, collates, evaluates and records data results to determine product costs of the business including material purchases, inventory, labor and others.
  • Analyzes product design, materials, manufacturing methods or services provided and determines effects on product cost.
  • Analyzes audits of costs and prepare relevant reports required by the Top Management.
  • Provides Top Management with necessary reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products.
  • Supervises the monitoring, recording, controlling and disposal of fixed and current assets while ensuring management of risks, minimizing financial losses and obtaining optimum returns for the Company.
  • Supervises the actual inventory and fixed asset count on a regular basis together with the Inventory Team of the Company.
  • Consolidates and analyzes budget plans or proposed departmental and business operation budgets on a yearly basis and ensures robust monitoring and control on a monthly basis.
  • Conducts financial analysis used for contract negotiations and investment decisions of the business unit.
  • Supervises the checking, control and analysis of petty cash requests including justifications and documentations (Cash Request and Liquidation Form).
  • Ensures that liquidation and reimbursement work instructions are strictly implemented and enforced.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· Graduate of BS Accountancy

·  A Certified Public Accountant (preferably)

·  Minimum of 3 to 5 years of extensive work experience (supervisory capacity) in Cost Accounting Operations preferably from a Manufacturing industry.
