Company Description

Semy AS, a Norwegian facility management and information management company with representative offices in the Philippines, is seeking for a BIM Digital Construction Project Manager to drive the digital transformation of facility and property management operations.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a BIM Digital Construction Project Manager.

The BIM Digital Construction Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating construction projects and building the process, managing project timelines, and ensuring that all construction activities are in line with digital construction and BIM protocols.

Daily tasks will include overseeing project budgets, participating in construction management, and ensuring project milestones are met.

Qualifications

Strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills

Strong Construction Project Management and Construction Management experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in BIM software and digital construction tools is a plus

With Power Apps and Power Automate experiences is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field

Can work daily either in Alabang or Davao office
