Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction (site or project-level management).
  • Minimum 5 years of solid project management experience with a track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digitalization management (digital construction tools, BIM, FM/PM software, IoT integration, or related).

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in BIM software and other digital facility management tools.
  • Familiarity with IT systems integration for property and facility management.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee digital construction initiatives aligned with facility and property management objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, IT, operations and service, property management, and suppliers/customers) to implement digital tools and technologies that enhance facility/property management services.
  • Drive digitalization strategies, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), IoT-enabled solutions, digital twin applications, and smart property management platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and sustainability guidelines in all digital construction and facility management projects.
  • Provide technical expertise on construction processes while translating operational requirements into effective IT and digital solutions.
  • Analyze project data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvement, cost optimization, and risk management.
  • Train and support internal teams in adopting digital tools and workflows.
  • Report regularly to senior management on project progress, risks, and milestones.
