Job Overview:

The Project Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of a construction project — from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This role ensures that all project activities are delivered within scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards while maintaining strong coordination among all stakeholders.

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead project planning, resource allocation, and implementation.
  • Manage the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and projects timelines
  • Conduct regular meetings and provide progress reports to management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations.
  • Ensure weekly validated work plans, scope clarity, target scheduled works, methodology, sequencing, safety, material, manpower, tools, and permits are aligned, coordinated, and prepared.
  • Performs quality inspection and prepares Non-Conformance Report.
  • Onsite estimates and scheduling based on actual condition (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Support the resolution of technical issues and provide recommendations on site.
  • Ensure all work activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. A Masteral's Degree is a plus.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling and team leadership.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, MS Project, Planswift, Sketchup, Autocad).
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
