About the role

PMQS Construction Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our growing team in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors, vendors, and labour crews
  • Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with the design team to address any technical or design-related challenges
  • Provide regular progress updates to clients and senior management
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and drawings
  • Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
