  • Sources of vendors that adhere company's operations requirements.

  • Requests for quotations from possible suppliers

  • Performs specialized work in supervising the purchase of goods and services and the management of stocked inventory items.

  • Compares and evaluates offers from the suppliers; requires needed documents such as Certificate of Analysis, Material Safety Data Sheet, and sample; places orders as needed.

  • Negotiates contract terms of agreement and pricing; performs supplier profiles into the internal database

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize purchasing activities and achieve cost savings while meeting quality and delivery requirements.

  • Tracks orders and ensures timely delivery

  • Performs external purchasing

  • Gathers information pertaining to manufacturing operations' requirements; files and receives purchase requests.

  • Prepares reports on purchases, including canvass sheet; monitors payment to suppliers

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business Administration or any Business Course

  • With at least 3 years working experience in the related field

  • Can handle people, with 3 years of experience in Supervisory

-Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel and Work

  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
