  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field. , MA or MBA is a Plus
  • At least 5 years of experience in production control, planning, or procurement within a manufacturing environment, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or assistant management role.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, quality management systems, and best practices in manufacturing. Experience in a similar industry or manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects, managing timelines, and meeting strategic objectives.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and lead a team.
  • Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna Inc, Sta. Rosa, Laguna
