About the role

As a Procurement Supervisor at Citicore, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the company's procurement activities, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services to support the organization's operations.

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or any related field;
  • At least 5 years of experience in Power or Construction Industry (Renewable Energy, Conventional Power, Energy & Chemical, Oil & Gas);
  • Licensed Engineer or Certified Professional in Purchasing (CPP) has an advantage;
  • Proficient in the use of procurement software and data analysis tools;
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen to optimize procurement strategies and drive cost savings;
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
  • High level of integrity and can work with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing of suppliers and subcontractors;
  • Handles Project Procurement from pre-development, pre-award, post-award, and PO close-out;
  • Purchase Order and Contract negotiation management;
  • Oversee the procurement end-to-end process, from sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships;
  • Ensure compliance with the company's procurement policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
