Job Purpose

The Warehouse & Inventory Supervisor manages the end-to-end warehouse and inventory operations. This role ensures accurate stock control, timely replenishment of stores and e-commerce channels, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The position oversees warehouse staff, coordinates with suppliers and logistics partners, and implements efficient processes to maintain optimal inventory levels.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatching of products.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouse, retail stores, and e-commerce channels.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits to reconcile system records and actual stocks.
  • Plan and oversee stock replenishment and transfers to stores and consignment counters (e.g., Watsons).
  • Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain product quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff; manage schedules and performance.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Retail Operations for timely deliveries and order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and analyze inventory reports, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Implement and continuously improve warehouse procedures for efficiency, cost savings, and loss prevention.
  • Oversee compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and government requirements.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in Retail, fulfillment, cosmetics, FMCG, or e-commerce.
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office/Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements for product storage and shipping.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel occasionally to stores or partner warehouses as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
