  • Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and blueprints to determine project scope and requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative and functional design solutions.
  • Support the integration of structural, mechanical, and electrical requirements into architectural designs.
  • Familiarity with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E).
  • Proven experience in procurement and vendor sourcing.
  • Work on project site directly with engineers, general foremen, trades personnel, and superintendents to conduct field verifications and conditions.
  • Stay updated on project progress and issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Regularly visit construction sites to assess progress and address any issues.
  • Provide technical support during project meetings and assist in resolving design challenges.
  • Understanding and experience in the Construction and Fit-out Project.
  • Develop comprehensive construction documentation packages, including schedules and specifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
