Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for inspection and coordination of activities related to the area of responsibility and interfaces with all other operating sections of the jobsite.
  • Prepares documents for construction
  • Participates in site meetings, reviews inspection schedules and prepares complete inspection checklists and agenda for management and technical meeting.
  • Manage and ensure timely completion of the project assigned.
  • Canvassing or Sourcing out of Cost to contractor or supplier.
  • Resolves any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise
  • Timely presentation of Progress Reports.
  • Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment
  • Submit a report immediately to the Project Manager, any problems that may arise in the implementation of the project so that necessary solutions and actions may be applied immediately to avoid the possible large amount of additional expenses.
  • Perform other tasks as deemed necessary by superiors for the attainment of company goals

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Preferably MALE
  • Minimum 5+ years of engineering experience required.
  • Exudes professional work ethics.
  • Experience working in the field of RESIDENTIAL construction is a must.
  • Good knowledge of the use of MS Office Applications and CAD programs.
  • Willing to work overtime and be relocated.
  • Trainable and with good time management.
  • Can drive 2 or 4-wheel vehicle and has a valid Driver's License.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa
  • Can start immediately.
