We are looking for Crisis Manager (Architect or Engineer)

Position Overview:

The Crisis Manager is responsible for overseeing and resolving on-site project issues, managing urgent technical concerns, and ensuring the smooth coordination between the company and clients during critical situations. This role requires an Architect or Engineer who can provide expert technical judgment, handle high-pressure environments, and maintain excellent client relationships. The Crisis Manager must project credibility, trustworthiness, and professionalism at all times to instill confidence in clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Crisis Response & Resolution

  • Lead the assessment, troubleshooting, and resolution of urgent technical, structural, or architectural issues across project sites.
  • Provide immediate corrective action plans to mitigate project delays or risks.
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to implement solutions effectively.

2. Client Relations (Top Priority)

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during crisis situations, ensuring clear, calm, and transparent communication.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating reliability, competence, and accountability.
  • Provide timely updates on issue status, action steps, and expected outcomes.
  • Instill confidence in clients by presenting solutions backed by professional expertise.

3. Technical Leadership

  • Conduct technical evaluations, inspections, and site visits to determine root causes of issues.
  • Recommend and design corrective measures aligned with standards, codes, and project requirements.
  • Prepare technical reports, documentation, and recommendations for management and client reference.

4. Internal Coordination & Monitoring

  • Work closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and Site Engineers to ensure proper execution of crisis-related tasks.
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure solutions are executed to a professional standard.
  • Assist in developing preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.

5. Professional Representation & Online Presence

  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity both onsite and in online postings related to project updates, resolutions, or technical advisories.
  • Ensure that any online content posted is accurate, credible, and reflective of the company's high professional standards.
