Job Description:

 expected to deliver quality architectural plans and documents

according to the requirements of the firm and its clients. Architectural plans include

floor plans, 3D perspectives and many others.

 MONITOR in the creation of required designs within cost estimates

through the submission of canvas reports and bill of materials.

 will also provide technical support to the project during the various

stages of the development cycle from planning, construction, and project turn-over.

DEGREE IN ARCHITECTURE(LICENSED)

ATLEAST 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTRUCTION PROJECT

MUST POSSESS STRONG CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION, COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS

STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL, LEADERSHIP AND PROBLEM SOLVING SKILLS.

Minimum Qualifications:

 University degree in Architecture is required.

 Profound knowledge and skills in architectural rendering

 Good working knowledge of basic graphical software (AutoCAD, Photoshop, etc.)

 Excellent design and aesthetic sense

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php32,000.00 per month
