KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE (PHILIPS AIRCON)Company Overview:
Mulsons Trading Corp. is a trusted distributor of PHILIPS Air Conditioning and Consumer Electronic Products in the Philippines. We are committed to delivering high-quality, energy-efficient, and innovative solutions that elevate comfort and convenience for Filipino homes and businesses. As we continue to expand our Aircon category, we are looking for a dedicated and results-driven Key Account Executive to strengthen our market reach and partnership with major retailers, dealers, and key accounts.
Responsibilities: Achieve Sales Targets
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets for PHILIPS Residential (Window, Split-Type, Inverter) and Commercial Aircon (Cassette, Ceiling-Mounted, Floor-Standing, Multi-Split) products.
Generate new business opportunities with dealers, contractors, and project clients.
Key Account Management
Manage and nurture relationships with major appliance dealers, contractors, property developers, commercial clients, architects, and HVAC decision-makers.
Ensure product availability, in-store visibility, and strong sell-out performance for PHILIPS aircon units.
Market Analysis
Conduct market studies specific to residential and commercial HVAC trends, product comparisons, competitor pricing, and seasonal demand patterns.
Recommend product positioning, bundling strategies, and promotions based on industry insights.
Product Knowledge
Maintain expert-level knowledge of PHILIPS aircon technology, including inverter systems, energy efficiency, cooling capacities, and commercial applications
Provide training to sales promoters, dealers, installers, and project clients to enhance product understanding.
Project & Commercial Sales
Coordinate with contractors and engineering firms for project requirements, load calculations (with the technical team), and bid submissions.
Support commercial clients by presenting product solutions tailored to offices, retail spaces, restaurants, and other establishments.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
Prepare accurate sales forecasts for residential and commercial aircon lines.
Monitor inventory, track sell-in and sell-out, and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.
Relationship Building
Build strong partnerships with existing accounts and develop new relationships with HVAC installers, project managers, dealers, and commercial end-users.
Support accounts during product launches, seasonal campaigns, and installation activities.
Customer Focus
Address customer concerns related to product performance, warranty, and after-sales service.
Gather customer and dealer feedback to improve product offerings and support services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
At least 2–3 years experience in Sales or Key Account Management handling aircon, HVAC, or related consumer electronics.
Strong understanding of residential and commercial air conditioning systems, installation basics, and technical specifications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Experience in dealing with contractors, developers, and project-based clients is an advantage.
Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork to visit dealers, project sites, and commercial clients.
