Role Description

This is a full-time, Enterprise Information Architect (Software System) Role.

Enterprise Modeling & Architecture

  • Develop and maintain enterprise information models (Enterprise Information Model, Project Information Models, etc.).
  • Define and enforce system architecture standards for "soft systems" developed within the company.
  • Lead architectural design efforts across multiple systems, ensuring coherence and integration.

Standards & Governance

  • Implement and enforce relevant information architecture and data modeling standards across the enterprise.
  • Establish governance processes for information models, ensuring compliance and quality over time.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship on architecture best practices to development teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into system designs.
  • Facilitate workshops, reviews, and design sessions using systemic and soft systems methodologies.
  • Advocate for systemic approaches in architecture — considering not just technical but also human / organizational dimensions.

System Development & Integration

  • Oversee the implementation of architecture in "main system" products (i.e., the core soft systems).
  • Ensure that data flows, integration points, and system components align with the enterprise models.
  • Review and validate architectural deliverables (e.g., diagrams, documentation, prototypes).

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze existing systems to identify gaps or inefficiencies in the information architecture.
  • Recommend improvements or refactoring aligned with strategic goals.
  • Stay up to date with emerging architectural frameworks, modeling tools, and best practices; propose adoption when appropriate.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong experience in 
    enterprise information modeling, system architecture, or conceptual data modeling
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    soft systems methodology
     or systemic approaches to information architecture.
  • Proficiency in Data Modeling and developing structured frameworks for data design and management.
  • Experience with Information Management and implementing effective strategies for supporting organizational objectives.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Data Architecture and its role in ensuring scalable systems and efficient data access.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate actively with stakeholders to identify and refine data requirements.
  • Can report to either Alabang or Davao Office (whichever is nearer to your location)
