The Distribution Specialist is primarily responsible for monitoring:

-the Stationery and Office Supplies (SOS) inventory and requests both for Stores and Support Center.

-He/ She is also be responsible for handling requests related to bank forms as well as processing all relevant request for payment (RFP)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures that all requests for SOS and Bank Forms are processed within the standard timeframe
  • Responsible for maintaining the Stationery and Office Supplies (SOS) inventory at the minimum level.
  • Responsible for the distribution and dispatch of all incoming and outgoing mails/pouches (including ATM Cards and Pin mailers) to their respective recipients within the standard turnaround time.
  • Ensures submission of complete and accurate reports on or before the set deadlines
  • Ensures that all relevant Requests for Payment (RFP) are completely and accurately processed within TAT
  • Perform other functions and tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Leader.

Job Qualifications and Competencies Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder; Graduate of any 4- year business-related course (preferably Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, etc. - given the accounting side of the job)
