About the role

Swift Logistics Corporation is seeking an experienced Warehouse Inventory Controller to join our dynamic team in Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the inventory control processes within our state-of-the-art logistics and distribution facility. Your attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be key to ensuring the efficient flow of goods and maintaining accurate inventory records.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records.

  2. Manage inventory-related transactions, including stock in/out movements, adjustments, and returns.

  3. Investigate and resolve inventory variances; escalate unresolved discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager or Team Lead.

  4. Monitor inbound and outbound stock transactions and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.

  5. Generate and maintain up-to-date inventory reports; assist in preparing monthly inventory summaries and audits.

  6. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in accordance with warehouse safety protocols.

  7. Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely stock replenishment and availability.

  8. Assist in inventory planning and recommend strategies to optimize stock levels.

  9. Support the implementation of warehouse inventory systems and assist in testing and training activities.

  10. Ensure compliance with company inventory procedures, safety standards, and customer service guidelines.

  11. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in a warehouse inventory control or a similar role within the logistics or manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, including stock control, cycle counting, and inventory record-keeping
  • Proficient in using inventory management software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with warehouse staff and other departments
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to managing a dynamic warehouse environment
