Job Description:

  1. Responsible for the control and maintenance of inventory system (Raw Material, WIP & Finished Goods), act as the point person for the conduct of periodic physical inventory.

  2. Inventory Monitoring and Control (both for Muntinlupa and Carmona Warehouse) – responsible for updating and accurate data entry of the inventory system of Amspec to include:

  3. Review and validate inventory movements encoded in the system against the supporting documents coming from different departments (production, warehouse, etc).

  4. Coordinate adjustments to concern department/s

  5. Posting of validated inventory entry and

  6. Maintaining physical files of supporting documents

  7. Conduct daily validation of selected inventory items from inventory system compare to the actual inventory in the warehouse

  8. Periodic conduct of physical inventory count

  9. Monthly and Annually for Finished Goods

  10. Annually – Raw Materials and Work in Process and

  11. Any ad hoc inventory count as may be prescribed by the management

  12. Preparation of monthly reports on Materials and Finished Goods and come up with Variance Analysis to ensure that inventory system information tally with the actual inventory.

  13. Suggests necessary improvements on financial policies and procedures related to inventory maintenance to meet the evolving needs of the company.

  14. Ensures reliability and integrity of inventory management information systems and reports.

  15. Provides timely and accurate inventory reports on a monthly basis to the management.

  16. Summarizes DCGP and initiates necessary entry. Monitor all issued DCGP with for return status and follow up accountable employee to ensure all items will be return to the company.

  17. System-based works, printing of invoice, pick list, receiving report entry, etc. (with close coordination to Warehouse Lead Person/Supervisor).

  18. Coordinates and reports to the Accounting Manager.
  19. Performs other related duties as assigned.
