Key Accountabilities:

  1. Prepare, organize, and maintain operational and administrative documents in both physical and electronic filing systems.

  2. Handle day-to-day clerical tasks including correspondence, schedules, internal communications, and report consolidation for management.

  3. Ensure timely updating, accuracy, and confidentiality of company and warehouse documents.

  4. Monitor and coordinate replenishment of office supplies and support procurement documentation.

  5. Encode and monitor inbound/outbound deliveries, stock movements, adjustments, and transfers in the system.

  6. Maintain and update inventory records, delivery receipts, and warehouse documentation.

  7. Assist in inventory control by supporting stock monitoring, cycle counts, reconciliations, and report preparation.

  8. Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisor/manager for dispatch schedules, receipts, deliveries, and replenishments.

  9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, variances, and warehouse activities.

  10. Support compliance with company policies, audit requirements, safety standards, and documentation procedures.

  11. Assist in clerical work and communication with suppliers, couriers, and other internal departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21,000.00 per month
