  • Monday to Friday (7am to 5:30pm)

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Views and prints Pick Slip of all IR (Issue Request) and NBR (Non-Budgeted Request) on a daily basis.
  • Accurately records all IRs and NBRs in the Monitoring File (Excel Worksheet).
  • Validates the picked quantity vs requested quantity from the IRs/ NBRs submitted by FAS Stock Clerks prior shipping.
  • Conducts shipping of IRs and NBRs based on picked quantity.
  • Logs and monitors time START/ END per transaction to measure lead time and productivity (e.g., picking, checking, shipping and validation).
  • Prepares log sheet of the items for hand over, (based on agreed cut off time and end of day.
  • Maintains proper filing of documents.
  • Generates and prepares data for the Monthly KPI Reports.
