Role Description

This is a Project Base, on-site role for an Employee Relations Officer located in Pandacan, Manila. The Employee Relations Officer will be responsible for managing and fostering positive relationships between employees and the company. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with employees, addressing grievances, facilitating conflict resolutions, ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations, and promoting employee engagement to maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Employee Relations and Employee Engagement
  • Proficient in Employer Engagement and fostering productive interactions between employers and employees
  • Strong understanding of Labor and Employment Law, along with compliance policies
  • Excellent Communication skills, including conflict resolution and active listening
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in labor relations or human resources are a plus
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
