We are looking for a Social Media Specialist who manages HV Architecture and Construction Services presence across social media platforms by creating and scheduling engaging content, running advertising campaigns, and interacting with followers. SMS is responsible for increasing brand awareness and engagement by tracking performance metrics, analyzing data to refine strategies, and ensuring content aligns with the company's overall marketing goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Content creation: Create and optimize posts, including writing captions, designing visuals, and editing videos for different platforms.
  • Community management: Respond to comments, answer messages, and foster a positive community around the brand.
  • Campaign management: Develop and manage paid social media ad campaigns to improve reach and conversions.
  • Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), engagement metrics, and ad performance to measure success and adjust tactics.
  • Strategy implementation: Implement the overall social media strategy, which may be developed by a social media manager.
  • Trend analysis: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Necessary skills and qualifications

  • Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, advertising, or a related field is often required.
  • Technical skills: Proficiency with social media platforms, analytics tools (like Google Analytics), and content creation software is essential.
