We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the social media presence of our client, a leading U.S. retailer in the home furnishings industry. The ideal candidate is creative, strategic, and experienced in managing multiple social platforms, with a strong understanding of U.S. consumer audiences and best practices in digital engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Plan, create, and schedule high-quality content across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media channels, track conversations, respond to comments/messages, and escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand tone, messaging, and goals.
  • Maintain and update a social media content calendar.
  • Track campaign performance and generate analytics reports using tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or native platform dashboards.
  • Stay informed on current trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep campaigns relevant and competitive.
  • Assist in developing and managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Engage with online communities to foster loyalty and maintain a positive brand reputation.
  • Report regularly on key metrics and campaign results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Social Media Coordinator, preferably supporting U.S.-based clients.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating social media content.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Demonstrated experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media platform algorithms.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple social media projects and campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred/Good to Have:

  • Basic skills in graphic design or video editing.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
  • Prior experience in customer engagement or community management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
