Reporting to: Assistant Modern Trade Operations Manager

Work schedule: 5-day work week

As Modern Trade Operations Associate, you will be responsible for reconciling physical inventory with system records, conducting spot checks, and driving process improvements in inventory reconciliation management.

Other requirements includes the following:

  1. Conducts regular reconciliations between physical inventory counts and system records.
  2. Collaborates closely with stakeholders to rectify inventory discrepancies, while conducting routine spot checks to ensure adherence to inventory control policies and procedures.
  3. Proactively identifies opportunities for enhancing processes and streamlines systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness in the purchase order process.

To succeed in this role you will be required to meet the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Internal Audit, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year experience in inventory management in Retail industry.

  • Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret inventory data and identify discrepancies.

  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and software is beneficial.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
