Warehouse Inventory Analyst
to ensure inventory integrity, audit compliance, and WMS data accuracy across all nationwide warehouse and consignment operations.

In a high-velocity FMCG environment, this role bridges operations, finance, and systems—ensuring that what's on the system matches what's on the shelf.

What You'll Do:

  • Ensure at least
    98% Inventory Records Accuracy (IRA)
    across all warehouse locations
  • Maintain and update
    Warehouse Management System (WMS)
    records with real-time accuracy
  • Conduct
    cycle counts
    ,
    variance analysis
    , and internal
    inventory audits
    with actionable insights
  • Reconcile stock movements between warehouse, consignment, and system records
  • Monitor and improve
    Days Sales Inventory (DSI)
    , slow-moving items, and stock turnover rates
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, especially in
    inventory disposal and BIR audit protocols
  • Generate accurate reports to support Finance, Supply Chain, and Management decisions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives on inventory processes, tools, and controls

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Accountancy
    ,
    Internal Audit
    ,
    Financial Management
    , or
    Logistics
  • 3–5 years experience
    in inventory audit, warehouse control, or supply chain analytics in an FMCG setting
  • Proven
    experience using and managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
  • Strong foundation in inventory reconciliation, system updating, and variance management
  • Familiarity with
    BIR documentation
    and regulatory inventory disposal processes
  • Highly analytical and proactive mindset—comfortable working independently or cross-functionally
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Excel
    ,
    Google Sheets
    , and
    ERP/WMS platforms
  • Strong written communication skills for crafting audit reports and presenting findings
