Reporting to: Assistant Modern Trade Operations Manager

Work schedule: 5-day work week

As Sales Operations Associate (known as Modern Trade Operations Associate), you will be responsible for accurate and timely recording of sales transactions, addresses reconciliation issues, and identifying process improvements in sales order posting.

Other requirements includes the following:

  • Accurately records sales transactions in the designated sales recording systems, ensuring completeness and adherence to established procedures.
  • Investigates and promptly resolves any discrepancies or inconsistencies on declared sales.
  • Engages in collaborative efforts with the sales team and consignment partners to resolve reconciliation issues or discrepancies.
  • Identifies opportunities to streamline and improve sales recording processes, suggesting and implementing process enhancement or automation solutions.
  • Maintains confidentiality and security of sales data ensuring compliance with data protection and internal policies.

To succeed in this role you will be required to meet the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Having a keen eye for details to ensure accuracy in purchase order and pull out processing.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and software is beneficial.
  • Displays the ability to communicate the findings of price discrepancies to stakeholders.
