The Receiving and Issuance Staff is responsible for managing the receipt, inspection, and issuance of goods in the warehouse. This role ensures accurate documentation, proper inventory control, and compliance with company policies regarding stock handling. The position plays a vital role in maintaining warehouse efficiency by coordinating with suppliers, warehouse personnel, and inventory teams.

Receiving Operations

  1. Inspect and verify incoming shipments against delivery receipts and purchase orders.

  2. Ensure proper documentation of received goods, including quantity and quality checks.

  3. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for any discrepancies or damaged items.

  4. Ensure received goods are labeled correctly and stored in designated areas.

Issuance and Inventory Control

  1. Prepare and issue stocks based on approved requisitions and requests.

  2. Maintain an accurate log of issued goods and update inventory records accordingly.

  3. Ensure proper handling, storage, and movement of warehouse items to prevent damages.

  4. Assist in conducting periodic stock audits and cycle counts.

Documentation and Coordination

  1. Maintain accurate records of all receiving and issuance transactions.

  2. Coordinate with warehouse staff and inventory personnel to ensure stock accuracy.

  3. Assist in generating inventory and stock movement reports.

  4. Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and regulatory requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
