Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience handling Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficient in math, typing, and various computer applications.
  • Excellent communication, research, analytical, and time management abilities.
  • Highly accurate, efficient, and accountable in performing tasks.
  • Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City, and open to occasional fieldwork or out-of-town travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and record financial transactions.
  • Verify and post payments for goods and services.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of payments and account statuses.
  • Handle various administrative duties including data entry, invoice preparation, billing follow-ups, document filing, and client communications.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports.
  • Track daily collections, file bank deposit slips, and secure Creditable Withholding Tax Certificates from clients.
  • Regularly follow up on outstanding receivables through phone, email, and mail correspondence.
  • Assist the accounting and finance team with related tasks and projects as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php23, Php25,000.00 per month
