Job Purpose
We are looking for Office Staff to support various departments such as Finance, Inventory, Sales Operations, Audit, and more. Placement will depend on current business priorities. This role is ideal for individuals seeking their first office job or wanting to build a career in administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to your assigned department.
- Assist in preparing and organizing reports, schedules, and documents.
- Coordinate meetings, monitor deadlines, and help with follow-up tasks.
- Maintain orderly filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Support internal coordination and assist in smooth team operations.
What We're Looking For
Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's degree (required)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn on the job
Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
Must be willing to be assigned to any department based on company needs
