Organizational and Learning Development Assistant

POSITION SUMMARY
The Organization and Learning Development Assistant is responsible for supporting the OLD team in various administrative and coordination tasks related to employee training and development initiatives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists in the coordination and administration of training programs, including scheduling training sessions, booking venues, and managing participant registrations
- Assists in collecting and analyzing training evaluation data, such as participant feedback surveys, to assess the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborates with the HR team to coordinate and administer employee performance evaluation processes, ensuring timely completion and accurate record-keeping
- Maintains records of employee training and development activities, including tracking completion of mandatory training, certifications, and professional development initiatives
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation

● Creation of clear, logically sequenced reports and communication materials, with effective use of visuals when applicable
● Identification and reporting of errors in documents for correction
Creative Design
● Appreciation and observation of company branding or templates, using the correct company colors and design elements
Analysis and Reasoning
● Recognition of underlying messages to determine context and analysis of root causes using standard protocols
● Evaluation of team behaviors, trends, and needs based on data and establishment of relationships to assess organizational health
● Identification of solutions through analysis and evaluation, employing appropriate statistical methods and visual representations
EDUCATION
● Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, Psychology, business administration or related field.
EXPERIENCE
● At least one (1) year of experience as HR Assistant, preferably from a service delivery (BPO/Shared Service) setting.
