Organization Develop Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Organization Development Manager helps define a company's purpose, he/she partners with institution and organizational leaders across GOLI/GCG, ADW/H&H, and Paradigm to design unique professional leadership, talent, and organizational development programs to support the business goals.
OD Manager contributes to the design and delivery of people and the management of change in support of the organization's strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required which helps the company achieve its ambition of becoming a high performing organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accomplishes the GOLI/GCG, ADW/H&H, and Paradigm talent management objectives by overseeing engagement, taking full cognizance of employee welfare including health & safety.
- Manages talent performance in a way that is linked to the business objectives and aligned with the strategic path of GOLI/GCG, ADW, H&H, Paradigm and its clients.
- Ensures a competitive compensation strategy.
- Determines GOLI/GCG, ADW/H&H, and Paradigm operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analysis
- Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company
- Identifies and incorporates best practices and lessons learned into program plans
- Designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees
- Develops learning activities, audio-visual materials, instructor guides and lesson plans
- Reviews evaluations of training courses, objectives and accomplishments
- Trains employees on HR issues and practices.
- Provides coaching, facilitation , team development, whole systems analysis,
- Engages in other activities such as coaching, facilitation, and team development as may be required by GOLI/GCG, ADW/H&H, and Paradigm and its affiliates
- Directs or conducts studies or research on issues affecting areas of responsibility within the organization.
- Process reengineering and organization development services in consultation with executive leaders and senior managers to implement organization improvement initiatives and assure alignment with the organization's strategic plans.
- Implements corrective action plans to solve organizational problems and improve employee retention rate.
COMPETENCIES
● Ability to communicate fluently in English and Tagalog
● Ability to work under pressure
● Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
● Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles, participative training design, group dynamics, interactive learning methods, systems theory and quality improvement processes.
● Strong apprehension on principles of customer service
● Advanced knowledge on consulting methods, leadership coaching, conflict resolution, group process facilitation, organization communications processes,
● Excellent presentation skills and project management.
● Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
EDUCATION
● Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration or related field.
● Master's degree in human resources management, organizational development, applied behavioral sciences, business administration or related field is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
At least three (5) years of leadership experience in the same capacity, preferably from a service delivery (BPO/Shared Service) setting; or (6) years of experience as Assistant Organization Development Manager.
