We're hiring a senior-level Workforce Expert to guide clients through their offshoring journey - from onboarding and recruitment to workforce planning and retention. This role builds trust, prevents escalations, and drives long-term client growth by offering strategic, culturally attuned support across multiple territories.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-signing
  • Guide clients through onboarding, recruitment collaboration, and member management
  • Educate clients on employment laws, cultural norms, and remote team leadership
  • Provide strategic input on workforce planning, performance, retention, and salary reviews
  • Manage escalations and coordinate internal teams for resolution
  • Maintain long-term relationships and drive client retention and expansion

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years' experience in client management, operations, or HRBP roles (multi-country preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfortable presenting, training, and collaborating across all levels
