We're hiring a senior-level Workforce Expert to guide clients through their offshoring journey - from onboarding and recruitment to workforce planning and retention. This role builds trust, prevents escalations, and drives long-term client growth by offering strategic, culturally attuned support across multiple territories.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients post-signing
- Guide clients through onboarding, recruitment collaboration, and member management
- Educate clients on employment laws, cultural norms, and remote team leadership
- Provide strategic input on workforce planning, performance, retention, and salary reviews
- Manage escalations and coordinate internal teams for resolution
- Maintain long-term relationships and drive client retention and expansion
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in client management, operations, or HRBP roles (multi-country preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously
- Comfortable presenting, training, and collaborating across all levels
