Are you passionate about e-commerce and love working with top platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and Tiktok Shop? We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Shop Operator to take charge of our online stores and help us grow even bigger

As our Shop Operator, you'll be at the heart of our business—managing day-to-day shop operations, creating engaging product listings, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment. You'll also get to work on exciting campaigns, develop ad strategies, and analyze data to stay ahead of competitors.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee daily shop operations and keep everything running smoothly
  • Upload, update, and optimize product listings for maximum visibility
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Handle online campaigns, promotions, and ads strategy
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
  • Use ERP systems for efficient order processing
  • Deliver excellent customer service and keep customers happy

What We're Looking For:

  • Hands-on experience with Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify store operations
  • Skilled in using promotional tools and joining campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of stock and inventory management
  • Familiarity with ERP systems for order processing
  • Customer service mindset with great communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and execute tasks efficiently
  • Data-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
