We are looking for a talented, confident and engaging On-Site Live Streaming Host to showcase and sell our products directly to viewers and our consumers. If you love connecting with people, have a confident on-camera presence and have a knack for hosting fun, informative content and connecting with a live audience, this role is for you.

As our Live Seller/Host, you'll be the face of our brand during livestreams - showcasing our products and their benefits, answering customer questions in real time and driving sales from customer interaction.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular live streaming sessions to showcase and sell products according to the company's live stream schedule through e-commerce channels (e.g. Shopee Live, TikTok Live, etc.)
  2. Provide detailed product explanations about their benefits, engage with viewers and answer customer questions to drive sales and interaction.
  3. Track and report daily live session metrics - including number of viewers, viewer retention, GMV (sales) and conversion rates.
  4. Collaborate with the company to ensure a polished, professional and aesthetic livestream setup - maintaining lighting and camera equipment as well as setting up the livestream background design.
  5. Coordinate with E-Commerce Officers to align livestream with ongoing campaigns and promos.
  6. Maintain a confident, professional and charismatic presence on camera.

What we're looking for:

  1. High School Graduate, College level or College Graduate. Previous live streaming experience is preferred.
  2. Strong communication skills - able to fluently speak both English and Filipino and able to connect with and inform viewers about our products and their benefits.
  3. Strong on-camera presence and charisma - a confident, engaging and fun personality is preferred.
  4. Ability to handle live streaming equipment and familiar with live streaming and video editing tools such as OBS Studio.
  5. Familiarity with livestream data tracking is a plus.
  6. Quick thinker who can handle live interaction and customer questions on the fly.

Working Hours:

  1. Full-time - 5 days a week
  2. Salary - P20,000 - P30,000 a month
