This role is responsible for managing KOL and influencer partnerships, handling customer service requirements, and coordinating social media activities to strengthen the company's brand presence. The position requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee KOL and influencer marketing activities, including communication, scheduling, and execution of campaigns.
  • Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.
  • Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining positive client relations.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and other ad hoc responsibilities as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in marketing, social media management, or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic content creation tools is an advantage.
