We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts. This key role encompasses strategic planning, brand management, franchisee support, digital marketing, campaign execution, budget management, event management, data analysis, and crisis communication. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and support our franchise network. Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as a deep understanding of marketing principles and digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budget and personnel.
  • Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support franchisees through training and resource provision.
  • Lead digital marketing initiatives and monitor performance.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Analyze data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Manage crisis and reputation effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • Background in F&B retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
