We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist to manage and support IT systems for our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Navision, SQL, and Linux-to-Windows migrations, along with strong technical support skills. You will be responsible for setting up new stores, handling system migrations, and providing ongoing technical support to ensure smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the setup and opening of new QSR locations, ensuring all IT systems are configured and operational.
  • Manage the migration of TP Linux systems to Microsoft Navision and LS Nav, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Roll out Microsoft Navision and LS Nav to new stores, including installation and configuration.
  • Replicate new items and configure POS designs as required.
  • Create and manage operator profiles for staff and managers.
  • Configure and manage mall sending to all stores, ensuring data consistency.
  • Install and maintain NAVISION software for all users, providing technical support for NAV POS and server-related issues.
  • Create and monitor auto-backup systems for all NAV Store Servers to ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor the Head Office (HO) server, including both application and database performance.
  • Coordinate with external providers to resolve severe issues and implement solutions provided by them.
  • Coordinate with mall IT personnel to address and resolve issues effectively.
  • Regularly monitor store issues, providing timely solutions and support.
  • Offer NAV support to the Accounting and Buying departments, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Monitor NAV user license availability and manage allocation.
  • Implement and manage web client solutions for QSR operations.
  • Provide on-site support for QSR locations as needed.
  • Monitor and report telco issues affecting QSRs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, basic understanding of Linux-to-Windows migration, and experience with NAVISION and LS Nav.
  • Must be willing do fieldwork in different branches e.g. BGC, Manila, Merville, Parañaque.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
