IT Business Support

Objectives:

·       To support business growth by transforming prospects into long-term clients through timely responsiveness and the strategic positioning of Figari's IT service offerings.

·       To support client retention through effective relationship management, attentive client support, and ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.

·       To support the IT department's business operational efficiency through proactive management and meticulous organization of all business documentation and supporting materials.

Responsibilities:

·       Handles all activities related to Sales and Account Management to effectively manage client relationships.

·       Proactively monitors and updates the CRM system, ensuring timely responses and accurate, consistent completion of all required fields.

·       Handles the initial communications with prospective client inquiries, scoping out requirements, preparing business cases, developing business solutions, preparing the proposal, following up with clients, and monitoring all sales activity for analysis and reporting.

·       Manages project implementation activities to ensure effective implementation of solutions for the client.

·       Ensures all client and vendor contracts are accurately organized and thoroughly documented to support effective contract management, compliance, and audit readiness.

·       Primary point of contact for all IT documentation and operational records, with a focus on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of all client-facing materials.

·       Handles the procurement process which includes canvassing, technical research, vendor coordination, preparing price analysis, and filing of all required documentations.

·       Provides administration, clerical, and account management support to the team specifically to the IT Director and CIO.

Expectations:

·       Must be able to speak and write fluently in the English language.

·       Must be a graduate of any bachelor's degree.

·       Must have a good knowledge of working with MS Office tools, particularly Excel.

·       Must be keen on details.

·       Must be organized in handling work tasks.

·       Must have a pleasing personality as this is a client-facing role.

·       Must be a team player and have excellent interpersonal skills.

·       Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

·       Must be able to work with minimal supervision.

·       Must have at least 3 years of work experience in this role or in a related field such as sales or account management.

·       Having a good understanding and knowledge of Information Technology, hardware, software, and basic infrastructure systems is preferrable.

·       Onsite work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

·       Implements and ensures standard processes and policies are observed in handling the day-to-day IT operations.
