We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Consultant to lead end-to-end sales activities — from prospecting to closing deals — across local and international markets. This role plays a strategic part in delivering tailored solutions to clients in the IT, manufacturing, and other B2B industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, client engagement, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
  • Identify and pursue high-value prospects; work closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
  • Drive and lead your assigned sales group, ensuring proper client servicing and deliverables are met
  • Monitor accounts, pipeline, and performance — report directly to the Sales Director
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans and campaigns to hit monthly and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team for targeted campaigns and events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Deliver periodic sales reports, forecasts, and market insights

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or any related field
  • 1 to 3 years of solid experience in B2B sales, account management, or solutions selling
  • Proven track record in achieving or exceeding sales quotas (commission-based roles)
  • Experience working with IT, manufacturing, or enterprise-level industries
  • Strong background in channel sales and navigating both local and international markets
  • Excellent skills in strategic selling, client negotiations, presentations, and closing deals
  • Professional, proactive, and highly motivated with a strong sense of accountability
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with all levels of management
