Responsibilities

  • Supervise and oversee the documentation and processing of all required permits such as building permits, development permits, zoning clearances, initial and operational clearances, and licenses.
  • Manage and ensure timely preparation and submission of permit applications to the appropriate regulatory agencies.
  • Review and evaluate documentation to guarantee compliance with local regulations and ensure that all projects, from planning to operational phases, meet required standards and specifications.
  • Lead activities related to property acquisition and project expansion feasibility, including property evaluation, inspections, and coordination with the technical team.
  • Monitor and ensure accurate preparation of compliance reports and reportorial requirements in accordance with government regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Graduate of any Business course or related field.
  • With at least 5 years of relevant experience in permits, regulatory compliance, property documentation, or related functions, preferably with supervisory exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of permit processing, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in computer applications and documentation tools.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across teams and external agencies.
  • Flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
