The Pizza Italia's Operations Supervisor is responsible for delivering and introducing the company's new concept of producing pre-cooked frozen pizzas, and reheating using our state-of-the-art Cuisine Tower with built-in pizza electric oven to possible franchisees, supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores, distributors, mall operators, hospital administrators, airports, schools/universities, and to the largest and most influential Philippine Accounts. He/She finds, evaluates, and pursues opportunities among potential Pizza Italia accounts, seeking growth that builds upon or expands beyond where we are today.
Armed with a deep love for Italian Neapolitan Pizzas, and the burning desire to further push this new culinary concept in the market, our sales team cultivates existing relationships with current accounts and works diligently to build new ones. Motivated by the will to increase the accessibility of our pizza products to all classes, the sales team seeks to push the brand further, priding on its importance to the mission of our company.
Core Responsibilities
In coordination with Pizza Italia's leadership, develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for growing the company's presence in the food industry by explaining the importance, viability, and feasibility of the Pizza Italia Cuisine Tower to thousands of possible Franchisees, supermarkets, grocery stores, convenience stores, mall operators, distributors, to name a few.
JOB DESCRPTIONS
- Supporting the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring they align with the business goals
- Develop systems and procedures for company employees
- Carry out implementation of company's present operational goals and suggest ways of improving important areas
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
- Identifies possible areas for business expansion
- Handles Franchise inquiries and applications for possible partnership
- Ensures all materials (food and non-food) have sufficient stocks at all times
- Ensures the quality of the product, discussing ways and means for improvement
- Researches and initiates new pizza flavors for possible product development
- Maintains budgets, expenses, and other financial considerations of the organization.
- Educate Operations team on company policies and excellent service standards.
- In-charge of staff management (work schedule, overtimes, other concerns)
- Assist in the recruitment, training and development of Operations Staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- At least 3 years of experience in operations and other related fields
- Ability to cope and handle stress in any given situations
- Must know how to adapt well in a fast-paced environment and handle multi-tasking works as required
- Extensive knowledge of safety standards and protocols
